Participation in an auction implies the acceptance on these conditions:

Start price is the minimum accepted for bidding a lot.

If two mail/email bids received have the same amount, the one that has arrived first will be considered.

Bids, in euros, will follow the table:

  • Up to 10€ - Bidding increments 1€
  • From 11€ to 50€ - Bidding increments 2€
  • From 51€ to 100€ - Bidding increments 5€
  • From 101€ to 500€ - Bidding increments 10€
  • From 501€ to 1000€ - Bidding increments 50€
  • Above 1001€ - Bidding increments 100€

Lots will be sold at the highest bidder with a charge of 10%, other than postage, when necessary. Buyers that are in the room can pay and collect the items bought. Mail/email buyers should pay for their lots within 2 weeks from notification.

Lots will be sent by registered mail, at the buyer’s own risk.

Payment can be made by bank transfer (preferably). If you pay by check please add 25 euros (bank fee). Any bank fees are at your cost.

Although descriptions are accurate, lots can be returned within one week, if it is proved that they were incorrectly described. Lots comprising more than 4 items cannot be returned.

Any case not contemplated in the present conditions, is to be decided by NFACP.
